Listed below are details of all recent updates to the CrimeWorks software.

Version 2.30 (6 June 2010)

  • Updated CDS7 to latest version (version 9, July 2010).
  • The Schedule Number postfix now correctly contains "/10"

Version 2.29 (20 October 2008)

  • Updated CDS7 to latest version.

Version 2.28 (26 September 2008)

  • The Monthly CDS Reports screen contains an extra field - Schedule Number Prefix.  This allows the user to modify the schedule number contained in the online CDS6 submission.

Version 2.27 (4 August 2008)

  • Includes the facility to specify whether or not VAT is to be claimed on a claim by claim basis.
  • The CDS6 (both printed and electronic formats) contains the new VAT fields.

Version 2.26 (27 April 2008)

  • Updated Police Station list, including new stations, codes and scheme ID's.
  • Police Station Fixed Fees now defined exclusive of VAT in preparation for July 2008 LSC changes.
  • Audit reports now disregard additional assistance or advocacy work carried out on fixed fee claims.

Version 2.25 (29 January 2008)

  • Police Station claim screen now shows fixed fee value as well as original profit cost value.
  • CDS6 (both printed and electronic) now correctly shows original profit costs instead of the new fixed fees for Police Station claims.
  • Financial analysis and Excel reports show fixed fee values for Police Station claims that use them.

  • Implementation of Police Station Fixed Fees.
  • Compliance with new LSC bulkload format.

Version 2.23 (9 October 2007)

  • All new police station codes and scheme identifiers have been added ready for introduction of the Fixed Fee scheme.
  • New October 2007 version of the CDS6 claim form.

Version 2.22 (18 June 2007)

  • Some users have reported problems creating reports under certain Windows Vista configurations.  This problem is now fixed.

Version 2.21 (14 April 2007)

  • All new claim codes, outcome codes and matter types have been added.
  • Ability to use new Revised Fees on Representation Orders. All calculations and selection of correct fees are still done automatically.
  • Inclusion of a new facility to produce accounting reports in Microsoft Excel, or for saving as CSV data files for import into accounting packages.
  • Compliance with the new LSC Online bulk loading specification.
  • New CDS6 and CDS7 forms.
