Billing Management
- CrimeWorks can manage your billing for all legal aid work, including both magistrates and crown courts.
- There is no need to input the rates for different classes of work - CrimeWorks will select the correct rate based upon the information that you enter.
- It comes with a complete list of all police station and court codes. Simply select the police station or court from a searchable list or from a list of your own favourites.
- All up-to-date Claim, Matter and Outcome codes are included. In addition, the Claim Code can be automatically selected for you depending upon the nature of each claim.
- CrimeWorks can track and manage your UFN numbers for you, so that each claim can be referenced automatically and in the correct order.
- Client details are maintained for you allowing address book functionality and easy selection of clients.

Reporting
- CrimeWorks automatically produces the following claim forms : CDS6, CDS7, CDS9, CDS11 and Crown Court bills 5144 and 5144a.
- It seamlessly handles large bills requiring additional pages, with all page subtotaling automatically calculated and filled in for you.
- Reports are produced in Microsoft Word, allowing you to save electronic copies of all your claim forms and manipulate the produced data and content in other applications.
- Automatically produce a financial analysis report for your CDS6, showing a breakdown of costs for each individual claim.
- A powerful reporting interface allows you to list the costs and details of your claims, selected by a range of criteria.
- Print labels to attach to individual files, using a system that ensures you don't waste label sheets.
